2 Baby Bok Choy chopped

1 bag Snow Peas

1/2 bag Julliene Carrots

1 sm onion (purple)

thinly sliced & chopped meat (pork)

Olive Oil

liberal sprinkle of Mushroom Powder

liberal sprinkle of Lemon Butter Garlic Powder

Salt to taste

Low Sodium Tamari sauce to taste

Water to steam

 

Combine all ingredients in non-stick skillet.

Cook until tender to taste.
